First Night Back - September 12, 2016
The 2016 - 2017 Training Year is quickly approaching! Our First Night Back will be Monday, September 12, 2016 beginning at 6pm at Breadner Elementary School (31 Gimli Road, CFB Trenton). We are looking forward to seeing all of you and hearing about your experiences this summer! We have an exciting year ahead of us! Spread the word, bring your friends and help 704 Squadron grow!
There will be an information session for new cadets and their parents on Monday, September 12, 2016. New cadets should bring a copy of their birth certificate or passport as well as their health card number.
We are THRILLED to announce that we will be forming a band this year lead by Capt. Dixon, one of our new staff members. If you play an instrument (or want to learn), please send an email to administration@704aircadets.ca and let us know what type of instrument you play, how many years you've been playing and whether or not you own an instrument. If you're new to music and want to join, send us an email and let us know you're interested. More details about the band, including practice times/location will follow.
The Parents' Committee will be holding a bottle drive on Monday, September 12, 2016 to fundraise for the squadron. If you have any empty bottles, please bring them with you that night.
The Parents' Committee will hold their first meeting on Monday, September 26th. All are welcome to attend and join the committee!
As always, we can be reached at administration@704aircadets.ca if you have any questions or concerns about the upcoming year. We think it's going to be the best one yet!
