Weekly Announcements: 26 September 2016
1. Monday, September 26, 2016 is a regular training night at Breadner Elementary School (31 Gimli Road, CFB Trenton). Please wear civilian footwear and carry in your parade boots. Cadets are to arrive not earlier than 5:45 pm and are to be picked up not later than 9:00 pm. Bring a friend and don't forget to spread the word about 704 Squadron and help us grow!
2. Like last year, our supply section will not be onsite at Breadner Elementary School. Our Supply locker (located at Active Storage, 400 Sydney Street behind Fastenal) will be open on Mondays at 4:30pm for uniform exchange; the gate will be opened at 4:30pm sharp. All uniform parts that are being exchanged must be clean! Cadets will be responsible for their own transportation. In the meantime, please wear an appropriate white shirt with black pants until you are able to obtain replacement uniform parts.
3. Cadets who were issued band music on Monday night are to bring their instruments on Monday nights for a short review before opening parade. Friday band practices will begin on October 14th at the 8 Wing Band Room from 6pm to 9pm. Please see Capt Dixon for more information.
4. The Parents' Committee will hold their first meeting on Monday, September 26th. All are welcome to attend and join the committee!
As always, we can be reached at administration@704aircadets.ca if you have any questions or concerns about the upcoming year. We think it's going to be the best one yet!
